Qwidget: Long discussion about new QuestionPoint instant messaging (IM) feature.

• When to launch and through what?  Libguides, Blackboard, Library web sites.
• What’s the difference between IM and Chat? User’s familiar with IM, nothing changes on the staff side.  Widget allows users to instantly type questions without going through “Ask Librarian”, or Chat.
• Why wouldn’t Qwidget replace chat?  Package deal, part of 24/7 Cooperative Services.
• Make Qwidget Code available to user.
• Provide Qwidget Client for download by users.
• WebVision Team to provide support for code?
