1. May 15th forum 
Professional Development Week will be coming to 2B48 Kroch right after our meeting at 10:30, so we decided to end around 10:25 am. Jill will moderate & send reminder to CU-LIB day before Prof. Dev. Committee suggest we double refreshments and split cost 50/50 - Virginia will take care of this
Coordinator of computer equipment - Susette will take care of, and contact speakers about tech needs
Title--Social Networking Tools for Reference and Outreach
Order--will be blogs, then wikis. Virginia will lead discussion of ref blog. Jill will go last and make sure to end at 10:25

3. Putting Forums on events calendar--Angela volunteered to do this. Hope is to prevent overlap with other CUL events

4. RSRS instructions
Jill is writing instructions on creating a report

5. June Meeting
Group decided not to hold a June forum, but will have a June meeting of the group to welcome new members.
 

6. Bookmark update, results from last forum's survey
Susette reported polls results. Overwhelming preference for ask.library.cornell.edu
Theme preference was "you'll save time."
She presented some very good looking design prototypes
We favored a CUL contest for the slogan/theme


7. Survey Results from Usability and Assessment Seminar
Angela reported results of forum results, which seemed positive overall and reflected the group's range of interests in usability issues. Some complaints about the food and the room. 

8. Membership changes
 
Rotating off committee: Virginia & Jill. Remaining: Susette , Angela , Jim & Kornelia . Thomas will joining the instruction committee. We hope to have new members announced by June meeting.
